Great Chair!
Very happy with this chair. Looks great and is super comfy. Assembly took 1 minute. Loses 1 star because of the tilt feature.. The spring is very stiff. I am 5'2 and am unable to tilt back in it. Also, it only tilts back a couple of inches and the tilt locking handle only works to lock the chair from tilting. You cannot lock the chair to a specific degree of tilt.

It Fits The Look
The chair arrived very quickly for furniture - 5 days!!! Packaging was fine. Chair comes in 2 pieces and is very easy to put together. The seat is a little firm but I am using it as more of a decoration than a functional everyday seat. The rocking part is definitely stiff as read in other reviews. Quality is amazing for the price.

Very Happy With This Chair
For the price, this is a great replica of the famous Arne Jacobsen 'egg chair'. It seems to be solidly built, and as long as I keep the cat off of it, should last a while. The shipping packaging was completely awful, leading me to suspect I would find a broken chair inside, but it turned out alright.

Nice Chair
I've been wanting a egg chair but couldn't get myself to pay the price other stores wanted. I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the price! It's heavy and well made soft and comfy. So easy to put together. Nice medium grey color goes great with my modern decor. I'm planning to buy more.

Love These Chairs
This is my second egg chair purchase. The chair is more a citrine color. I found a small slit on the top seam of the chair. Biz Chair offered me a small discount if I decided to keep the chair. I was able to repair the small slit without it being noticeable and accepted the discount.

your staff credibility was ruined the fellow I spoke to . his yelling at me did not help, would not let me talk. listen to the recording. the first lady I spoke to was nice and informative. I will not buy from you again, I have told others. you will not loose much, but you will.

Nice Material, Inability to lock tilt
I am disappointed by two things. The legs do not lock into the chair, so if you lift the chair, the base falls off into 2 pieces. the post, and legs.. and I cannot lock the tilt so that it stays in the tilted back position
