Ordered 8 chairs. One was damaged , paint scraped on top and missing the end cap for a leg. Customer service was responsive but not overly satisfied. When you place the order it prompts Olympus to click a link to fully understand the return/damage process. On my phone the link would never open. Once I opened a claim it took several days to get an answer. Upon receiving the answer they informed me I would need the original packing materials if I wanted to send anything back. I had already put them out for the trash man and they were gone. They sent me a couple bucks and a replacement end cap. I would have preferred a new chair. Nothing like getting a brand new product with paint scraped-off.

I bought these bistro style chairs because we entertain at our home often and sometimes when the gatherings are larger we need more chairs for those occasions. I chose these chairs because of the weight limit of 352 lbs. and that they are stackable. I received my shipment rather quickly and tried out one and they are very comfortable. I felt the price is reasonable and we are satisfied with this purchase.

Even if two of them arrived scratched on the handle in general the chairs are excellent, comfortable and could be easily used on restaurant patio. Again, the shipping packaging was a little poor which may have resulted in handles being scratched but other than that all is ok. Will buy again...

A Good Chair
It arrived on-time and in good condition. Does not have the "plastic-film-under-the-rivets" problem related by other folks on Amazon on a similar chair. Sturdy, well-built with a nice paint job. I do find it much more comfortable using a seat cushion.
