Great Price But Has Some Issues
Let me say I like this product but there are some issues. We purchased 2 of them. They came packaged well. Very solid product. The price is very good for something like this since others like it are close to $700 a piece. 2 problems. 1. the frame is not squared properly. The wheels do not stand vertical so there are potential issues with breakage over time being imbalanced. 2. They are extremely heavy with chairs on them. They do not role easily. This may be due to the square issues, but I also think the wheels are not as good of quality to move the weight that is on them. Overall a couple of issues that could make this product excellent

The casters will fail you!
We purchased 4 of these chair carts when purchasing 300 chairs. The first caster failed on day one. We are now 2 years down the road and all 16 casters on these carts have failed completely. The warranty for casters is only two years, so do not expect BizChair or Flash Furniture to replace the casters. If you purchase these chair racks, you might want to go ahead and pick up some heavy duty casters to replace the factory supplied parts.

A Little Wide Works Great Though
This product works really well. We have limited storage space which this product accommodates very well. Chairs easily stack on and off. I had one of my receptionist help load and move into the storage very easy to move even loaded. One drawback is it about half an inch to wide at the casters. Makes it hard to get in and out of normal doors. You have to angle and force to get through the doors not

As Expected And Better!
I did a lot of searching for the best price for a folding chair storage system that would not break the bank. This using was the same type that many other companies were selling at $50 to $200 above the price here without shipping. Just can't beat the price! If I had to say anything negative, is that the box was damaged when I received it (hole in side). This is due to the shipper and not BizChair

Good Sturdy Chair Cart
We purchased this chair cart to store chairs in our small volunteer Fire Dept. Hall. Good design allows us to store chairs "double decker" in a reasonably small space. The cart arrived quickly by FedEx and was easy to assemble - only drawback was that there were only 3 wheels in the sealed box when we opened it. Had to call the company to get a replacement wheel - which they again sent by FedEx.

Great Storage Solution
This was easy to assemble and has more than adequate capacity to hold the 100 budget folding chairs we purchased it for. It seems sturdy, sturdy enough even to hold the ~25 chairs we're keeping from previous stock. Really looking forward to having a solid storage solution as we use (and store) our folding chairs weekly. This promises to be so much better than just stacking them against the wall

Great Investment!
These are better than the the long flat chair dollies. These take up less space, have better wheels and can turn on a dime. I was impressed by the quality despite the label! Easy to assemble. You need a box cutter, 18mm socket, 13mm socket and a 13mm wrench.I did it myself but an extra set of hands is encouraged!

Great Chair Cart At A Great Price
This is a great cart especially for the price. It assembled easily and rolls smoothly while loaded. It was missing two wheels (lost in shipping). I called support and received the parts in one day. I was impressed how well I was treated by their support staff. We will be ordering more carts in the future.
