Very sturdy, small seat
I have had these chairs for a little more than a week. They seem to be quite strong and stable, and the finish isn't showing signs of wear. The seat is a little on the smaller side, so individuals with large butts would likely be squeezed by the sides of the back rest. The material is also pretty slick, so if I were to slump in the chair my butt would slide forward off of the front of the seat. Overall the chairs met expectations and were cheaper than any comparable models. I'm using these as kitchen chairs. The customer service at BizChair is terrific as well.

Love My Chairs
I absolutely love these chairs. Love the color, height, design and they fit on a small patio with incredible perfection and style. I have one big problem. My queen size bottom is too large for the chair. When guests come I send the larger bottoms to the blue lower chairs and table. Even had to switch like musical chairs according to the size of the bottoms which show up. The truth is I don't want to return them because I love them, so, maybe playing musical bottoms will help exercise those who just might need it. Love my green chairs.

Perfect
These 4 bar stools are PERFECT for our patio. They were delivered super quick and each stool and back rest was individually wrapped to prevent damage when shipped. I love these stools as they can hold up to 330 lbs and the back rest is really easy to put on (4 heavy duty screws). I do hope that they will not rust as they are outside all the time, but for the price compared to other bar stools....there was nothing better.

Great Stool
I needed a red stool for a table I'm doing. The problem is, prices for bar stools are insane!! I saw these and had to look twice at the price. We ordered 4, I got free shipping. Some assembly is involved otherwise it would be difficult to ship bar stools. The red is fantastic. Kind of like a fire engine red. These are strong and sturdy. Well made and just perfect for our table.

Sturdy, Charming
I needed a sturdy tall chair with a back to sit in while cooking in order to rest my back. This chair is suitable for that purpose and its retro look is better suited to my rustic home than a contemporary chair would be. It is slightly higher than ideal, but that is my mistake. I like it so well that if I had room for another, I'd have ordered 2.

Great Chairs But Store Has No Exchange Policy.
We loved these chairs but had to return them due too height issues. We ended up buying the exact ones in 24 inches. I love the chairs but this store has no exchange policy and we were still charged a restocking fee despite us ordering 8 chairs and only returning 4 chairs. The chairs do ship extremely fast. They are also easy assembly.

Needed 8 bar height chairs for outside patio tables These chairs are stronger than expected, excellent finish, and reasonably comfortable for metal chairs - searching for 12x12 thin cushions, not a necessity, but would be a nice addition

Quick and exactly as promised
I've seen several negative reviews for the company, but my experience has been totally different. Order 4 chairs on Friday 10/27, received them undamaged Tuesday 10/31. They are easy to assemble and match the picture perfectly.
