    Rated 1 out of 5 by from Sturdy but shoddy packaging These stools are sturdy but they arrived extremely damaged and of course the delivery driver demanded that we sign the delivery receipt before we could unbox and inspect them, thus voiding our ability to return them for a refund according to this company's policy. Most of the seats are scratched up or have gouges chipped out of them. There were several screws missing in various boxes, probably lost through all the holes in the damaged cardboard boxes that they were shipped in. In some boxes the screws were thrown in loose (ridiculous!) other boxes they were in baggies that were ripped because they weren't secured to the chair base. Only about 20% of the boxes had secured screw baggies. Some of the chair's feet were damaged and pushed in/bent, making the chairs unbalanced, which is honestly the most irritating thing about these chairs because we can't use them. We basically threw away $500 ordering with this company.

I went by the description & am extremely pleased with them. My customers love how cushy they are & I love how sturdy & attractive they are. Have gotten lots of great comments on them!
